Infantile fibrosarcoma is a very rare soft tissue sarcoma which is usually found in children under 5 years. It has also shown rare development in the foot. Infantile fibrosarcoma is histologically simulated to fibrosarcoma in adults, but it is associated with a much better prognosis than fibrosarcoma in adults. We experienced an infantile fibrosarcoma developed in the great toe involving the distal phalangeal bone of a 6-year-old male. It was treated by amputation at an level of the base of the proximal phalangeal bone. There was no evidence of local recurrence and distant metastases of 18 months follow-up.
